My name is Geisy Aguilla and I am the Middle/High School Music teacher.

I was born and raised in Ranchuelo Cuba. I am the youngest of 3 sisters. I came to Florida in 2008 and I started visiting the Potters House Church, where I joined the praise and worship band. Later I started working at the Potters House Academy as a Music teacher and now I do Music Theory, Leadership and Spanish I for Middle and High School students. I have passion for music and worshiping God. I love Hispanic music and food; I am very cultural. My favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” My desire is to raise a generation of true worshipers that not only have a passion for music but a passion for God and fulfilling the plans and purposes he has for them.

Hello my name is Nelson Alberto Rivera and I am the Performing Arts teacher for PHA.

I am 24 years old. I lived in Orlando for about 19 years. I graduated Colonial High school year of 2011. After graduating High school with a dance background I started to Pursue a career in performing arts where I attended Valencia college. I decided to leave College to purpose a new spiritual journey with God. Where I first encounter God in potter house church. Decided to leave behind performing arts to purpose Gods will in my life. From there I became a member of the church and was baptized in the name of the father. With a background on dance I decided to purpose ministries such as Dance, Acting, Drama, music and many more. Where I learned and help other discover their talents. It inspired me to help others seek their talents and use them for Gods glory. At this time, I did not have an income but God opened a door where I became an aftercare teacher. Then a summer camp teacher to where it led me to teach physical education to now teaching performance in the arts. I've worked with kids for many years now learning each day new things and learning the love of God every day.
